Scientific conference “Theater and Fashion. Dialogue of Arts”
On November 23-24, Scientific conference “Theater and Fashion. Dialogue of Arts” was held in the Museum of Theatre and Music. The conference is devoted to the issues of mutual influence of onstage dress culture and fashion as an element of everyday culture. Mission of the conference is to trace the retrospective of interrelations and analyze the phenomena of “symbiosis” of theater and fashion at the moment of the greatest convergence of these arts, starting from the 18th century up to date. Among the speakers are: Olga Khoroshilova, Ekaterina Istomina, Sergey Nikolayevich, Karina Dobrotvorskaya, Julya Demidenko, Megan Virtanen, Nikolai Onegin, Elizabethe McLean (Great Britain) etc..
