The agency was in charge of:
Selecting a venue matching clients vision of the event
Negotiating and conducting all necessary legal procedures in order to
acquire the venue selected for the event.
Complying with light, sound, technical and space organization requirements of the client.
Selecting of the catering service.
Appointment and coordination of decoration services matching clients guidelines.
Ensuring availability of other service providers: make-up, tailor, chirographer specialists.
Organization of the event guests free time: guided museum and city tours and other activities, such as restaurants and night life venues.
Arranging logistics, transportation and custom services.
Two activities took place during the same day at two different venues:
Day activities included: The Ritual for Timeless Beauty: A beauty journey through an inter-connecting set of rooms, incorporating beauty
and fashion -- with Desire and MF C product workshops integrated seamlessly into the experience.
Evening activities: Gala Dinner and Dolce Gabbana couture exhibition.
